I am not the biggest fan. Before it was the whole big family thing, and I lived on my own in NYC, I would cook for all my orphaned NY friends, and I made a whole roast chicken - not turkey - with roasted veggies and of course all the traditional side dishes. It was waaaaay yummier.
Wasn't there a time when we all...I'm thinking it was you guys, the Montesanos, Drakes, and us...had a turkey dinner at your 'new' house? I just remember laughing and laughing!
I have a flag hanging outside my house of a turkey holding a sign that says, 'eat more corn'. =0) I could do without the turkey, too...but not the stuffing!!!
